2. If you contact us for an exact device driver issue, please provide the following information so that we can learn better about your issue, thus offer better assistance:
> Your system OS and bit number.

3. If the driver repair/update is failed, please provide the following information so that we may find a correct driver for you:
> Your system OS and bit level.
