The first thing you need to do is to check your device to make sure that your device supports Bluetooth, your device has turned on Bluetooth, and your computer has turned on Bluetooth. Before taking any steps, you should check if your PC supports Bluetooth. Then follow the steps:
Step 1. Open Quick Settings by pressing Windows logo key and A.
Step 2. Make sure the Bluetooth has been enabled.
Step 3. Turn off the Bluetooth device and then turn it back on.
Check if the Bluetooth device can work now. If not, try other solutions below.
You can use the built-in troubleshooters in Windows 11 to fix some common errors. When you encounter the code 43 Bluetooth issue, you can try to fix it by running the Bluetooth troubleshooter in your Windows 11.
Step 1. Select Start, enter settings and click it.
Step 2. Click System, then Troubleshoot, and then Other troubleshooters.
Step 3. Click Run besides Bluetooth.

If you have a good knowledge of computer and have enough time, you could manually update Bluetooth driver. Go to the official website of your device manufacturer and find the latest Bluetooth driver for your device. Note that you have to make sure the driver you are going to download is compatible with your device. Start the download process and install step by step according to the instructions provided by the manufacturer.

Step 3. Select Start, then Power, and then Shut down.
Step 4. Turn on your PC again and allows Windows to reinstall the driver.
Step 5. If it hasn't reinstalled the Bluetooth driver automatically, go to Device Manager, select Action.
Step 6. Click Scan for hardware changes.
Note: After reinstall the Bluetooth adapter, you may need to update your Bluetooth driver to the latest. In this case, you can apply the Fix 3 above to get the newest driver for your Bluetooth adapter.
The code 43 Bluetooth issues may be caused by the Bluetooth Support Service that doesn't working properly. In this case, you can try to restart the Bluetooth Support Service to fix it.
Step 1. Press Windows logo key and S at the same time.
Step 2. Type Services and click on it.
Step 3. Double click Bluetooth Support Service.
Step 4. Select the General tab.
Step 5. Click Stop and then click Start.
Step 6. In the drop-down menu of Startup, select Automatic.
Step 7. Clcik Apply and then click OK.
Now try to see if the Bluetooth code 43 issue still occurs.
