If you own an Android OS smartphone with Qualcomm chipset, like Xiaomi, Samsung, Lenovo, etc., and you want to flash a ROM on your smartphone or unbrick the poor phone, you really need Qualcomm HSUSB drivers download in order for the communication between the phone and the PC.
