If there is no problem with the peripherals, it may be that there is a problem with the computer software, program, or driver that causes the audio to not output normally. Jump to:
Solution5. Restart Audio Services
General desktop computers do not have their own speakers, we need to plug in speakers or headphones to have sound. Plug the device into the port on the back of the host, or replace it with a new earphone. If there is sound, the original device is broken.
You can check the speaker output and choose the appropriate audio output from multiple audio output devices.
You can follow the below steps:
1. Click the speaker output icon on the taskbar
2. Open the list of audio devices that your computer connected
3. Check the playing audio device, like speaker/headphones
If it is not a problem with the device, the problem of no sound on the computer often occurs on the driver. How to check sound card device:
1. Type WIN+X together
2. Select Device Manager and choose Sound controller
3. Check for a yellow question or an exclamation mark icon, if there is a problem with the driver.
