Step 2. Type devmgmt.msc, click OK and then select Device Manager.
Step 3. Click Network adapters, right-click on your Intel WiFi driver, and then select Properties.
Step 4. Open the Advanced tab, find Property, and then click Transmit Power entry.
Step 5. In Transmit Power, change the value to 3, and then click on OK.
Now you just need to reboot your PC, and check if the Windows 11 audio cracking problem is resolved.
Performing a quick startup repair is another solution to the Windows 11 crackling audio problem. It will boot the PC into Recovery Mode.
Step 1. Press Windows and I altogether to open Settings.
Step 2. Click System, and then locate Recovery.
Step 3. Find Advanced startup, and click on Restart now beside it.
Step 4. Click Other troubleshooters, select Troubleshoot, and then click Advanced options.
