Ren %systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.bak

Ren %systemroot%\system32\catroot2 catroot2.bak

Step 4. Enter the commands below to enable the disabled services in Step 2.

net start wuauserv net start cryptSvc net start bits net start msiserver

Step 5. Reboot your PC.

3. Manually Install Windows 10 Build 1709

Step 1. Go to Microsoft to download the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool.

Step 2. Double-click the MediaCrationTool.exe file to launch the tool.
