This method applies to those who use Windows Update to perform the Windows 10 Anniversary Update. Because in that way, it could be a difficult task to tell which driver or software isn't compatible with the Windows 10 Anniversary Update.
Use the Media Creation Tool to perform an in-place upgrade to update the drivers and software on your computer. A clear report of any driver or software that isn't compatible with the new operating system will be created during the process.
If the report shows that there is a driver related issue, you could choose either to visit your hardware manufacturer website to check for an up-to-date driver or you can also update that driver with a one-stop driver updater utility. Go to the method two.
